Henry William Lawyers is delighted to announce major developments in our Corporate and Commercial Team.

Tom Morgan joins John Nash as an Executive Lawyer in the practice group, Steve Williams adds a wealth of experience as a Consultant and Jessica Tanna joins the firm as a Commercial Lawyer.

With over 10 years experience advising on corporate, transactional and commercial matters, Tom has acted on a wide range of M&A transactions, including competitive sales processes. He has a particular expertise in capital raising, from early round investments to initial public offerings, advising on over $2 billion of equity investment. Tom is also skilled in corporate structuring. He publishes regularly on corporate law and has previously contributed to AICD’s ‘Company Director’ magazine. A highly-driven and commercial approach, combined with an ability to think outside the square, ensures Tom delivers for his clients.

An exceptional negotiator, Steve has advised on public and private capital raisings and M&A transactions. He has served on a number of ASX-listed companies as a non-executive director over the last 25 years.
